Alliance News - September 2007!

Thank You and Good Luck Ben!

On May 19, 2007 the first  place 7th Grade Poster Contest winner from Mars Area School District received special recognition from Honorary Chairperson Ben Roethlisberger.

Almost eight hundred posters were submitted by seventeen Alliance member schools.  Forty top winners were invited to the luncheon to have their pictures taken with "Big Ben."  The first place poster will be replicated and distributed to all Alliance schools.  The luncheon was well attended by community representatives including law enforcement agencies, businesses, faith-based organizations, school administrators and government officials.
